How to use QuickDocs

1. Choose the document type and layout.
2. Enter your business details and the recipient.
3. Add item rows, then turn VAT on if you need it.
4. Check the live A4 preview, add remarks and signature labels.
5. Press Print / Save as PDF, or save a draft on this device to reopen later.

Frequently asked questions

Is the generated document branded?

No. Your documents show only your details. A small “Made with BDK QuickDocs” line is available as an option and is off by default.

Can I add VAT?

Yes. Turn on Add VAT and set the percentage. Totals update immediately. The tool does not give tax advice, so check rates with your accountant.

How do I get a PDF?

Press Print / Save as PDF and choose “Save as PDF” as the destination in your browser print dialog.

Are my documents stored anywhere?

Only if you press Save draft, and then only in this browser on your device. Nothing is sent to BusyDayKit.

Privacy: your files stay with you

Your files stay on your device. Processing happens in your browser, and your documents are not uploaded to BusyDayKit servers.
