BusyDayKit is shaped by hands-on work in inventory control and operations: stock reconciliation, order processing, transfers, ERP workflows and daily reporting. That experience shapes the questions we ask, the fields we include, and the way a tool should work for real users.

The ready-made BDK tools are free to use in your browser. Custom work built around your workflow is a separate service: once you get in touch, we talk through what you need, then discuss scope, timeline and cost privately.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Simple answers, clear expectations.
Do I have to replace my current spreadsheets?
Usually not. We can often improve your existing Sheets or Excel workflow first. Whether a new database or application makes sense depends on team size, access, and the way your data is managed.
Can you build a tool for several users?
Yes. We've developed multi-user, role-specific operational interfaces. For a new client, we would agree on permissions, storage and security requirements before choosing the technical setup.
Can it connect to our ERP or another service?
Integration is evaluated case by case. It depends on the system's supported APIs, permissions, data policy and technical scope. We won't promise a connection without checking feasibility first.
Can I start with one small task?
Absolutely. A searchable lookup tool, daily printable report, or one structured form can be a sensible first project.
How is company information protected during discussion?
You can describe the workflow using invented names, codes and sample records. We can discuss actual data access and appropriate handling separately if the project requires it.
Do you provide off-the-shelf tools as well?
Yes. Visit the BDK Tools Hub for publicly available browser tools. Custom work is a separate service. We talk through scope, timeline and cost privately once you get in touch.
